Print out, fill out, sign the form and return it to Voluntary Arts Ireland, 12 English Street, Downpatrick BT30 6AB. There is NO membership charge. Registered Supporters are eligible to nominate to and vote in Voluntary Arts Ireland Committee elections.

- The group is working on a not-for-profit basis to support participatory arts in Northern Ireland and/or the Republic of Ireland.
- The group is not a public body or a profit distributing business. (You can receive government funding, but must have a committee or similar governance independent of government)
- You have signed a declaration that you support the voluntary arts (see form above).
